On a personal note, I am delighted to announce that, commencing January, I will be assuming the role of the new host for the Property Investors Network (PIN) meeting in Lincoln! These gatherings, occurring every third Thursday of the month, present an invaluable opportunity for us to connect, learn, and grow together. While I understand that Lincoln might pose a journey for some, your presence would truly be a delight. For those unable to attend, rest assured, our community extends far beyond these meetings.
